One-on-one personal training sessions for those who are new to exercise and for those who may be more advanced but are looking for guidance. I will provide a personalized training program that is specific to your goals. During our initial consultation, we can work together on a routine and format that will work best for you and your current lifestyle. I offer both virtual and in-person training sessions. Single sessions include a complimentary 60-minute initial consultation where we will discuss your goals, potential roadblocks, and health history. Personal training packages will include weekly sessions in addition to accountability check-ins and monitoring.

I can walk you through implementing small habit changes throughout your day that will result in massive changes in your mind, body, and overall wellness. Starting at $340 - virtual or in-person sessions available

Packages include initial 60-min initial consultation, personalized programming, ongoing monitoring and weekly check-ins

Four 60-minute training sessions - $340 (15% savings)

Six 60-minute training sessions - $480 (20% savings)

Eight 60-minute training sessions - $600 (25% savings)
